Our Functional Fitness class for over 50s is a dynamic workout that combines equipment like kettlebells, resistance bands, barbells, and weights. This holistic approach enhances overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, resulting in improved functional abilities.

We prioritise exercises that enhance everyday movement patterns and strengthen core muscle groups, emphasising movements that mimic daily activities like squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling, unlike traditional workouts that isolate specific muscles.
