You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates, learning:

  • Correct set-up and safe use of the machine

  • Proper alignment, breathing, and control



The class moves at a steady, supportive pace, allowing you to focus on technique while developing strength, mobility, and core stability. Our instructor will offer clear explanations and options, so you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.


This class is ideal before joining regular Reformer Pilates sessions and is suitable for all fitness levels.
