LIFT is our brand-new class focused on big, functional, compound movements that work multiple muscle groups at once.

Using the rig, barbells, kettlebells and bodyweight strength work, this session is designed to improve your overall power, stability and real-world strength. Expect squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls, lunges and controlled tempo work — all coached with form, technique and progression in mind.

Perfect for anyone who wants to get stronger, lift with confidence, and train in a group environment with proper coaching.
